Social Marketers of the company earn money just by selling Modere products and without hiring anyone

However, since Modere is still an MLM, don’t expect to make money if you don’t plan on recruiting people. Recruiting will make you significantly more money than selling the actual product and you will be more motivated.

However, Modere operates like a “pyramid scheme in disguise”.

Is Modere MLM a Scam?

Now, the one question will move in your Mind, is Modere a scam?

Not technically, Modere is not a Scam. You can make money, as per the compensation plan of the company, but it’s definitely not as easy as the company makes it sound.

I can’t say that Modare MLM is a scam for legal reasons. A scam is defined as “a dishonest scheme”; or a forgery” by the Oxford Living Dictionary.

Can you make money selling Modere products? We already know that most Modere reps don’t make any money. Some people can make money but only if they put in a lot of effort. And usually, Recruiting is one of the best ways, the way they make a lot of money for the company.

There’s a lot of upfront work to be done, and no real guarantee of success. Most importantly, the commissions are pretty small. Now, there is nothing wrong with front-loading the work and earning money later.

• Transparency is one aspect of Modere that sets it apart from other multi-level marketing companies.
• The company has not faced any Downward Trend till now.
• Modere is committed to selling its products in 100 percent recyclable packaging, making it an eco-friendly company.

Cons:

• Modere has an Expensive product.
• It is difficult to make money from the Modere compensation plan, especially for new members.
• Retail commissions are minimal at best, forcing marketers to build a large client base to make money.
• There are also auto-ship requirements for marketers who are unable to meet a certain amount of sales, which is difficult for MLM newbies to meet.
• The company has negative reviews, the Better Business Bureau(BBB) gave it only a B rating to the Modere MLM Company.

1. Clickearners use Unethical tactics to attract people. They target you with geo-targeted messages. In practice, they will display a will to anyone visiting this website, making it appear as if you are making a demand for a specific service.
2. Clickearners.com first charges you to pay some dollars to become a member of this portal, then you can make money.
3. They tell you that,  there are only a few spaces left, and you’ll be tempted to grab it right away. Scammers, however, take advantage of this fake idea to quickly withdraw your money.
4. Google is a great source for finding free content on the Internet. In light of this, you do not have to pay to access this information.
5. It has an Improper Disclaimer. Basically, they say, they will help you to find a job. But, Scammers often use this method. While they make you believe in something that makes you hopeful, they leave any blame written in the disclaimer until it’s too late.

History of Avon

Avon was founded by a man named David McConnell (and that’s 77 years before Mary Kay was founded). Mr. McConnell was a bookseller. Basically, while he selling books door to door, he realized that many women preferred to smell better than to read. That’s why he started a new Business in Manhattan New York in 1886. The company was named California Perfume Co., after its partner who lived in California.

Though In 1886, the business model of the company is very radical, McConnell believed in the power of community and was committed to empowering women economically. And, McConnell change the company name to “California Perfume Company” in 1892. His Business Partner suggested this name.

• 1894: Alexander D. Henderson joined the company as vice president and treasurer, helping to shape its policies and contribute to its growth.
• 1897: Avon company set up its own laboratory in Suffern, New York.
• 1909: The company signed an incorporation Certificate for the California Perfume Company in the state of New Jersey, USA.
• 1916: The California Perfume Company was incorporated in New York State. Company officers were listed as McConnell, Henderson, and William Shelley.
• 1939: In this year, The California perfume company changed its name to Avon Products Inc.
• 2014: The Global Revenue of Avon MLM Company has fallen for five straight years, and North American revenue fell 18 percent.

The company even boasts of having an Avon Research and Development Center in New York. They have a team of scientists and researchers on staff who help develop new beauty products.

Avon is a Good Skincare Brand. Avon got Protinol technology the silver in the advanced skincare category which is presented by the Edison Awards.

Protinol, which is used in Avon’s ANEW skincare line, is said to help regenerate both forms of collagen in healthy skin, collagen 1 and collagen 3, mimicking the perfect collagen ratio found in baby skin.

Actually, Avon makes a wide range of Personal Care and Makeup Products and sells them in MLM models. They offer people an opportunity to make money by promoting and selling products to earn a commission.

These representatives or Direct Sellers used all kinds of sales tactics like knocking on people’s doors while drinking coffee or “hosting parties” or sharing products with mom. By doing this method, and holding the title of Party Plan Company, Avon saves money on their marketing cost and helps people to earn money from home.

How to Join Avon MLM Company?

If you are serious to make money from Avon MLM Company, first you have to buy some products to become a Representative of the Company.

The company has a Started Kit. Some samples and other marketing materials to try to help you sell. It starts at $50 per month and goes up to $200 per month for certain “ranks“.

In some cases, if you can not sell Avon Products which are worth $50, then you must purchase $50 of Avon products yourself or your account will be suspended. Any future sales you make will not accrue to you. If you sell $50 worth of products per month you don’t have to buy anything yourself, but many people don’t realize that when they join.

Note: Recruiting People and making the downline look like Pyramid Scheme. So, to avoid this Avon says, You don’t get paid to hire someone. You only earn bonuses from buying or selling them. In this way, Avon company ensures that they are not technically a pyramid scheme and avoids being shut down by the FTC.

1. Retail Commission (20%-50%)
2. Qualified new recruits ($20 bonus if they spend $150 in their first 2 months)
3. Sponsoring (3% bonus on new recruit sales)
4. Promotion (as you move up the ranks)
5. Mentor (as you move up the ranks)
6. Generation Bonus (You get a bonus on 70% of your team’s sales)
7. Leader Bonuses (bonuses on sales to “leaders” in your downline)

Is Avon a Pyramid Scheme?

No, Avon is not a pyramid scheme. Avon Provides high-quality Makeup and Cosmetic Products and  It has a good history and track record that can be trusted. Avon company has long continued its business and made a good image in Direct Selling Market.

The company has unwittingly given credibility to multi-level marketing schemes that market dangerous health scams. Basically, some of the companies are shit down for new rules and regulations and some are Financially Bankrupt.

Anyone who has ever challenged the legitimacy of a multi-level marketing company has faced the counter question, “Are you claiming Avon is fraudulent?” So, As a Member of the DSA of the UK, Avon Company is the de facto ambassador of the MLM.

Is Avon MLM a Scam?

No, Avon is not a Scam. When you sell Avon products, you will make money. You need to put a lot of effort to make money. And typically, the way they make a lot of money from Avon is through aggressive recruiting.

Also, Avon clearly makes unspeakable and irresponsible marketing claims to recruit members. Therefore, some people consider Avon MLM a scam.

(Legal) Issues with the Avon

Probably, you have heard, that Avon company testing the ingredients of their products on animals. By the way, now they stopped all testing on Animals, worldwide.

Cons:

• In MLM, whether, it is Avon or another company, there is a low potential of earning a good amount of Money.
• The company is in many Controversies (Bribery, PETA…).
• Selling online requires additional SEO knowledge and a unique website (due to SEO optimization). Imagine having the same website as a million other “peers”.

Entre Nation Elite is a training membership and community which is mainly focused on entrepreneurship and internet business. The enrolling fees of this program cost about $175 one-time/year or $67 per month.

This program gives you access to weekly live webinars with Jeff Lerner and his team where they talk about digital marketing. It has a private Facebook group called Entre NATIONAL Elite where these weekly training sessions will be held.

The Enrolling cost of the Millionaire Productivity Secrets is $67. This course provides you with how you can master Productivity via Proper planning;

The Enrolling cost of the Affiliate Millionaire Accelerator is $1997. It is very expensive. This course is not taught by Jeff himself, there is some experienced Affiliate Marketer there.

In my experience, I see people selling courses but not actually doing what they say and their earnings come from their courses. 

The course instructor claims that several of his affiliate marketing niches are doing extremely well, exceeding 7 figures per year. Moreover, in this course, you will learn about email marketing, building your list, writing converting emails, creating converting sales funnels, choosing the right niche, and many more things.

5. Digital Course Millionaire Accelerator

Joining the Entre Digital Course Millionaire Accelerator costs around $1997. This course is specially designed to help people to take their passion, skills, and gifts and give them to the world in the most effective and profitable way. Here, you will learn about product functionality and market research, the technology behind digital courses, launching, marketing, and fulfillment.

6. ENTRE Inner Circle

Enter the inner circle is mainly focused on five pillars of entrepreneurship, The Entre Inner Circle program gives you access to 12 monthly “virtual intensives” with Jeff and his team.

7. Entre Institute Digital Bundle

Enter Institute Digital Bundle has 3 modules to maximize your online income-generating efforts, you can get a discount by selecting the digital bundle. The Cost of this Bundle is $3997.

The price is quite high. So you’re wondering if it’s worth the investment. 

8. ENTRE Coaching

 In ENTRE Coaching, you will meet once a week,  if you want additional mentorship along with those three courses. This is especially those people who want an extra helping hand.

How Much Does it cost to join Entre Institute Cost?

To Join Entre Institute, you can either buy low tickets or buy high tickets. You can join for just $39 in Blueprint Course, but you’ll need to upgrade for high-ticket upsells.

Jeff and his company will use the same approach as the Super Affiliate Network, where you must purchase upgrades to unlock the full course and qualify for commissions.

 Here are the prices for each upgrade:

• Enter Nation Elite: $49 per month or $348 per year
• Enter Institute Digital: $1997 one time

No, Entre Institute is not a Scam and does not appear to be a scam. Anyone can join the company and access all that is offered. At the same time affiliate commission can be earned by selling his products. Moreover, You can learn about the methods Jeff Lerner uses to make money online and how to apply them

However, I don’t recommend Enter Institute as there are better and cheaper options out there.  Also, I find it unethical to lie about the full cost of the course. You’re told that for $39, you get a course that walks you through every step. In addition, there are some reports that Jeff Lerner is a serial scammer creating fake funnels to promote the Jeff Entre Institute, which is a serious warning sign.

Conclusion

So, here is the Final word of my Entre Institute review, it is not a scam. This is a valid course. Also, it is more than just a course. This is a high-ticket scheme. There’s nothing illegal about the business model Jeff applies to get their client.

Starting an online business does not have to be an expensive venture. The reason why affiliate marketing and e-commerce are so popular among the masses is that you can start with a small budget.

The Parent Company of Color Street is Innovative Cosmetics Concepts. The Parent company sells the same strips for $4 to $6 at  Walmart and Amazon. While $11 doesn’t seem expensive considering the strips last up to 2 weeks, keep in mind that Color Street’s parent company sells the same strips for $4 to $6.

History of Color Street MLM Company

Basically, the idea, Plan, and all started in 1988. Suddenly, Fa Park saw a woman struggling to paint her nails on a running bus. Then, he began experimenting with nail polish on paper to make it easier to use. This eventually resulted in a formula that allowed the top to dry, but the base to remain moist, allowing the polish to adhere to the nail.

Color Street works in Multi-level Marketing Model. So, companies do have not to expend extra money on Advertising and Marketing their Company Products. As a Normal Person, you can purchase nail polish strips from the company.

The strips come with a nail file/applicator, a nail prep pad, and instructions for applying them. You can use it within 7 to 14 days after opening the package, these strips must be used or they will dry out and become unusable.

Are Color Street And Incoco The Same Company?

The founder of Color Street and Innovative Cosmetics Concept, both company is the same, Mr. Fa Park. Basically, both the company is the same company and have similar products with different business models (the latter being the parent company).

For nearly 10 years, Innovative Cosmetics’ nails have been sold at, Amazon, Walmart, and other retail stores. Their products retail for around $4-$6 and are usually found as impulse buys rather than in the Walmart nail section near the checkout counter. 

On the other hand, the Color Street Products are sold by their Distributer or Consultant. These consultants or Distributer often make money online through social media or their personalized websites.

Basically, In Jump Start Bonus, When a Distributer hit some goal or achieves a target, the Distributor will get a bonus.

2. Base retail commission 

As the Distributor of the company, they can earn 25% on every product they sold which is calculated by personal volume (PV) at this commission level. These can be sales to the public, sales to members of your ‘team’, or even ‘sales’ to yourself.

3. Enhanced retail commission

If A Distributor sells $600 worth of products in a month, they will get an extra commission of up to 10%.

For every Consultant recruit who gets a Jump Start bonus, a Consultant will also receive a bonus.

5. Enroller bonus

Distributors will earn a 3% commission on the personal volume (sales) of every successful recruitment.

6. Leadership Level Bonus

Distributors will earn a 3% commission on the sales of the person they recruit (so the person is 2 levels below you in the scheme).

7. Leadership Depth Bonus

The distributor will earn a 1.5% commission on the sales of your 4-level or below people.

8. Team Bonus

Team Bonus is an Additional 1.5% commission from your ‘team’ total sales.

Generation Bonus is when a Distributer ranks up in the company, they get higher commissions from your downlines.

According to the Beautycounter company, they avoid petrochemicals which linked to health problems, including propylene glycol, petrolatum, toluene, sodium Laureth sulfate, polyethylene glycol, MEA, DEA, or TEA. However, there are some oil-derived ingredients that are safe, and most plant-derived ingredients have been processed with oil-derived chemicals. So, it is clear that they use petrochemicals in their products. This is why companies do not claim to be completely petrochemical free.

Are Beautycounter Products GMO-Free?

No. Beautycounter Products have GMOs. Though, the company claims that it cannot say with certainty that its products are completely GMO-free. In some cases, Beautycounter is unable to obtain a certification anyway, and in other cases, they may choose to use an ingredient that is unlikely to be GMO-free.

From the Beautycounter Compensation Plan, As an independent consultant of the company, you initially earn a 25% commission and, it increases up to 35%, depending on how many sales you make each month.

There are mainly 4 ways to earn money from the Beautycounter Compensation Plan;

• Retail commission
• Personal selling bonus
• Override commission
• Frontline Business Builder Bonus

1. Retail Commission 

As you already know, What is the Retail Income? According to the company, consultants receive a 25% retail commission on what they sell in a month.

2. Personal Sales Bonus

As a consultant, when you sell products by yourself, the company gives an extra type of income, called Personal Commission. The personal selling Commission will increase the total sales amount. Basically, It is mixed up with Retail commission. When a consultant sells up to $500, they receive a 25% retail commission, after which the personal sales bonus is added and the total commission is described in the table below.

3. Team Override Commission

Team Override Commission is derived from 4 levels deep downline. Whenever your downline (up to 4 levels) makes a purchase, the upline is paid a fixed commission. Basically, in this commission income, the consultant’s rank is important, as the commission percentage is determined by the rank.

Here BV(Business Volume) and CV (Commissionable Volume) are the main units to understand. BV is the total amount of products purchased by you and your downline, while CV is 75% of BV.

4. Frontline Business Builder Bonus

Frontline Business Builder Bonus income is whenever any of your downline (level 1) ranks is increased, you will get a fixed amount as Frontline Business Builder Bonus.

Is Beautycounter A Legit Company?

Yes, Beautycounter is a Legit Company. It is not a Scam. In 2013, Beautycounter was certified as a B corporation, meaning they are concerned about their social and environmental impact. Baisaiyy, getting B corporation certified is a challenging thing, it is not easy, so when an MLM company does, it carries a lot of weight.

And unlike Beautycounter, it actually provides real evidence of real success from real people just days ago. But, when it comes to building a business, you have a lot of options. And even if you’re ready to become a network marketer, you have better options than BeautyCounter.

Is Beautycounter Pyramid Scheme?

No. Beautycounter is not a pyramid scheme. Though consultants of Beautycounter make money both by selling products and recruiting new members, it is not Pyramid Scheme.

However, note that one of the company’s main objectives is to recruit more members, which casts the company in a bad light as a ‘pyramid scheme in disguise. Even though the company is legit, I still don’t recommend signing up for it. Business models like pyramid schemes will fail almost as soon as they are launched. And, also, the success rate of MLM is 0.04%, according to John M Taylor.

Is there only a focus on recruitment in Beautycounter?

 The Beautycounter compensation plan seems like most of your money will come from retail sales, but in fact, Gregg Renfrew herself describes the Beautycounter business opportunity as its ‘greatest product’, indicating a clear focus on signing people up. 

It’s clear that recruiting new members is making Beautycounter big business.

Yes, you can make money selling Beautycounter products, but, like most MLMs, the real money is made by signing other people up and helping them ‘grow’ the company.

Should I Join Beautycounter?

I am your Financial OR Career Adviser. The Decision of Joining this company is fully dependent on you, not on anyone’s influence.

Beautycounter has a wide range of products, but these products are expensive so individuals need to put in extra effort to sell them. Moreover, a large downline network will be required to make a regular income. But, it is not a one-night success,  It takes a minimum of 2 to 3 years.

In addition, In the report, 67% of beauty counter consultants earn an average of just $71 per month. While the 0.2% of consultants at the top of the pyramid earn $25,502 per month.

Nu Skin is a Multi-level Marketing company that sells personal care products and dietary supplements under the Brand Name of Nu Skin and Pharmanex brands. Blake Roney, Sandy Tillotson, and Steve Lund founded Nu Skin Enterprise in 1984.

The main business of the company originated in the US and began its initial international operations in Canada, now the company is working in 53 Counties worldwide. Now, Nu Skin is one of the top MLM Companies in USA.

The founder and management of Nu Skin company were determined to build a business that would integrate innovative personal care products with active ingredients. Nu Skin company focuses on beauty concerns such as acne, blemishes, anti-aging, dark circles, puffiness, lifting, firmness, Nutritional products, discoloration, dry skin, lines, wrinkles, oily skin, and many more.

Is Nu Skin Legit MLM?

Yes. Nu Skin Enterprises is a Legit MLM Company. According to the business plan of the company,  you earn from all the sales you make, in addition to income from the people you hire to represent you, called your team. Most of the Distributors or Direct Sellers of the company are interested in recruiting new members to build a large Downline or Team which helps them to earn more money.

For instance, if you hire someone who has a strong Business or Entreperiunal Mindset and has a skill in sales, you can earn without lifting a finger. So in that case, your income is not the result of selling products, but from hiring people to do the actual organization.

Consequently, the more people you can recruit to your Team or Downline the more cash you will earn.

How to Join Nu Skin MLM Company?

The joining process of Nu Skin MLM Company is very simple. Anyone can join the company by registering on the main official website. If you need a sponsor, however, it is very simple. You can find a close friend who sells NU Skin products to enroll you or find one online.

Once your distributor’s network is built, the distributor can start earning profits, commissions, and many more perks meeting the requirements. Though, As per the company rules, a distributor does not have to pay anything while joining, after registering with the company, you have to buy some Nu Skin Products. It is Mandatory.

The Joining Product Package costs between $475 as well as $1519. The company or Existing Distributor of the company encourages you to register on the Automatic Distribution Rewards (ADR) program. It means continuously getting a certain total product to be an active distributor. ADR requires a $100 standing order.

So, to act on the Program, you need to earn $200-$350 monthly. Understand this before jumping knee-deep into Nu Skin MLM. To sum up, Joining Nu Skin MLM is free. But to become a qualified representative, you need to spend some $100.

Nu Skin Compensation Plan

There are mainly two types of earnings in the Nu Skin Compensation Plan. One is Retail Profit and another is Commission Basis.

1. Retail Profit

Distributors or Brand associates purchase the company’s products at a lower cost than the MRP price, which is called Distributer Price or DP, and sell them at retail prices The difference between the retail price and the discounted price is the retail profit.

The company provides suggested retail prices to distributors but allows them to set their own prices.

2. Commission

Nu Skin distributors earn up to 30% commission from their own personal sales of Downline sales.

Here are the types of Commission of the company;

• Volume Commission (5%)
• Executive Bonus (depending on GSV)
• Business Builder Position Commission (5%)

PSV: Personal Sales Volume IS  monthly points of total purchase made by a distributor.

GSV: Group Sales Volume which is Downline’s Total PSV.

1. Volume Commission (5%)

Volume commission is calculated as 5% of the purchase made by the direct downline.  Basically, this commission was known as the Level 1 (L1) bonus. Also, to be eligible for the L1 bonus must have at least five unique sales and 100 PSV (personal sales volume).

2. Executive Bonus (depend on GSV)

By following the 3-month qualification requirements, Distributors can become executive leaders.

• Submit LOI (Letter of Intent) producing a minimum of 1000 GSV and 100 PSV.
• Qualify for Executive (Q1) by generating a minimum of 1500 GSV and 100 PSV.
• Qualify for Executive (Q2) by generating a minimum of 2000 GSV and 100 PSV.

Downline distributors with their downline and executive ranks are known as Breakaway Executives. If there are no other executives in between, these are called first-generation breakaway executives (frontline or G1 executives).

There are 2 major benfist of Excutives;

1. Volume maximizers
2. Wealth maximizers.

1. Volume Maximizer:  Here, in this plan, the executive gets a Double Generation 1 Bonus (DBLG1) along with Additional Executive Bonus.

2. Wealth Maximizer:  Here, in this plan, executives can get a breakaway executive bonus with a 5% commission earning on CSV for up to six generations.

3. Business Builder Position Commission (5%)

Also, distributors will have the opportunity to earn a Blue Diamond Business Builder Position (BBP) if they are eligible for BBP executive. It can be established for Blue Diamond Executives if they maintain a minimum of 12 Frontline (G1) Executives for two consecutive months. BBP will get an additional commission of up to 5% for every new join-in downline.

Is Nu Skin Pyramid Scheme?

As we know, in the upper part of this article, Nu Skin Distributor earns money by selling products and recruiting new members. So, it’s safe to claim that Nu Skin is not a pyramid scheme. 

Though, some people call Nu Skin is Products Selling pyramid scheme. Basically,  it means that a lot of people at the bottom of the pyramid acquire a lot of products to ensure that the people at the top of the pyramid can get a good amount of money and people of the lower part make a little bit.

So, In Short, once again, “Is Nu Skin a pyramid scheme?” The simple answer is No.

Is Nu Skin a Scam?

In my Nu Skin MLM Review, Nu Skin is not a Scam. The company sell good quality products and give commission to their member as per the sales.

Although this MLM offers good quality products to its customers, its commissions are too low to make this company a good business opportunity. Recruit hundreds of active customers to make a decent part-time to full-time income as a product advocate.

Nu Skin Pros and Cons

Pros:

• NU Skin Enterprise is a reputable company that has been working since 1984.  
• They work in a good and long-position industry of health and beauty.
• The Products of Nu Skin company are also relatively high quality.
• You don’t need a minimum purchase or inventory to join the Brand Affiliate team.
• There is no sign-up fee or purchase of a starter kit as soon as you join NU Skin MLM.

Cons:

• You need to pester friends and family or anyone to join you and Do Nu Skin’s Network marketing.
• 85% of distributors earn nothing with Nu Skin.
• You are becoming the black sheep trying to fool people into the Nu Skin “Pyramid Scheme”.
• This is an actual Business of Hiring or Recruiting People, not actually selling products.
• You need to earn at least 2500 points to qualify as an independent distributor.
• The Products of Nu Skin are quite expensive.

Nu Skin MLM has actually been around for a while. Some people are making a decent income from the business model. It, of course, depends on each individual and their skills and ability to sell these products. This MLM doesn’t give you anything new to work on.

They don’t have a unique product, and already many companies and brands are doing better than them.

So, this is my conclusion from the Nu Skin MLM  review. Overall, I don’t recommend joining Nu Skin MLM. We already know that MLM’s success rate is only 0.4% and it takes more than thousands of days to build a strong network.
