Obviously Yes.

On-page SEO is very important. It helps search engines like Google, Bing to understand the website content, as well as help, identify whether it is relevant to a searcher’s query. Part of this process involves finding keywords.

E-A-T is Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness.  E-A-T is the framework that Google retailers use to evaluate content creators, webpages, and websites as a whole.

Basically, Google always wants to put a premium on high-quality content in their SERP. According to this Framework If a site has created high-quality content on that topic or Business, and maintains E-A-T, it is rewarded with better rankings, and that sites that create low-quality content receive less visibility.

2. Use Your Target Keyword In The First 100 Words and all over the content

If you want to rank a web page in search results in a particular bunch of relevant keywords, you need to include Targeted keywords in your website. Keywords trigger your site to appear in relevant searches, so you need to optimize your pages to appear in the right search results in the right keyword Intent.

Basically, This is an old-school method of on-page SEO strategies list that still makes a difference.

All you have to do is use your Targeted keyword with the right intent once in the first 100-150 words of your article.

After adding keywords in the first paragraph, you have to add the targeted Keywords and relevant keywords all over the article. Basically, If the page has targeted keywords 10 times and also along with relevant keywords, Google can be more confident about the topic of the content of that page.

Yes, some time ago Google started using a weird version of URLs in search results.
